Honor the Sabbath and keep it Holy.

I have been trying to really get down to what it means to Keep the Sabbath Day Holy. Sunday can get boring to me as I try not to do the things I shouldn't be doing. Then I read that by keeping the Sabbath Holy we are showing our respect and/or reverencing God.

Evidently with my attitude I was not keeping the day Holy but just being miserable. So here is a talk to read (on the Sabbath?), about how and what we should be doing. I realize you all have been teaching me all along, but just wanted to share my insights, as I have had many differing opinions expressed, as I have discussed this with other.

Of equal importance are the blessings we will be given if we keep the Sabbath Day Holy. It's not a get rich quick scheme. What I mean is that I believe we will be blessed and taken care of equal to our needs and isn't that what we really want and desire. I do believe that we will be blessed with some of our wants also, not just our needs.

I also just want you to know how proud I am of all of you and your families. I love you all and thank the Lord for each and every one of you. Each of you are a blessing to my life.
